Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Tlectric ("we", "us") collects through its mobile apps and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every app published under the Tlectric developer name, including Tlectric Calc, Tlectric Control and HaMispara.
1. Who we are
Tlectric is an app and engineering-software developer based in Israel. You can reach us at contact@tlectric.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what each app needs to work. The table shows what each app collects.

Our apps may also collect basic technical data, such as app version, device model and crash reports, to fix problems.
3. How we use data
- To create and secure your account.
- To provide the app's features, such as calculations, bookings, reminders and energy reports.
- To send service messages, such as verification codes and appointment reminders.
- To fix bugs and improve the apps.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our apps. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, push notifications, crash reporting).
These providers may process data on servers outside Israel.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Most apps let you edit your details and delete your account in Settings. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page or email us.
7. Children
Our apps are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to our databases is restricted. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change, and significant changes will be announced in the apps.
